Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Image Quality & Post-Production to oversee QA and asset flow across ecommerce, marketing, editorial, social, and brand content.

You will coordinate daily asset movement, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality images across multiple channels.

This role emphasizes creative judgment with operational excellence in a fast-paced multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-production, retouching management, or image QA experience in fashion/retail/editorial environments.
• Strong understanding of image composition, lighting, color correction and retouching standards.
• Experience collaborating with Art Directors and external retouching vendors; managing DAM/studio workflows.

Responsibilities

• Image Review & Quality Control: QA marketing/editor imagery for color, retouching, and brand alignment.
• Post-Production Operations & Asset Coordination: manage asset routing, delivery milestones, and queues.
• Creative & Vendor Collaboration: translate feedback to retouching notes and coordinate with vendors.
• Production Coordination & Workflow Management: oversee multiple posts across brands and channels; track status and timelines.
• Workflow & Process Improvement: document SOPs and help implement new tools for QA and automation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: coordinate with Producers, Creative Ops, Photo Studios, Marketing, and offshore partners.
