Job summary

soona Studios seeks a Sr. Post Production Editor and QC Specialist to ensure enterprise photo, video and graphic deliverables are accurate, on-brand and client-ready.

The role acts as the quality gate, reviewing assets against creative standards and client feedback, and providing clear feedback to editors to ensure revisions address requests. This position develops account-specific QC standards, documents recurring issues, strengthens workflows and helps editors meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in post-production editing for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and editing/QC tasks.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to create and maintain QC SOPs and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English; client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Review assets against briefs, guidelines, technical specs, reference files and platform requirements.
• Serve as the final QC checkpoint for enterprise photo, video and design deliverables.
• Provide editors with clear, specific and actionable feedback.
• Build and maintain account-specific QC checklists, SOPs and reference materials.
• Track recurring errors and quality trends across enterprise accounts.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend improvements to workflows, training and assignments.
• Partner with producers and account teams to clarify feedback, specs and quality expectations.
• Support editor coaching by sharing examples, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
