Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial IoT Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design connected, data-driven industrial systems, spanning edge data collection, secure connectivity, cloud ingestion, and real-time analytics.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IIoT, strong programming skills (Python, C++, Go), and hands-on experience with OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, and Sparkplug B, plus cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of IIoT or industrial software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Go.
• Experience with OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Sparkplug B.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IIoT solutions from edge to cloud.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into implemented systems.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
