Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial IoT Engineer to design and build connected, data-driven industrial systems spanning the factory floor to enterprise cloud platforms. You will architect end-to-end IIoT solutions, including edge data acquisition, secure connectivity, cloud ingestion, real-time analytics, and operational dashboards.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering with practical experience in industrial protocols, edge computing, and cloud IoT

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a technical field required.
5+ years in IIoT or industrial software engineering.
Proficient in Python, C++, or Go.
Hands-on with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Sparkplug B).
Experience with at least one cloud IoT platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on with edge runtimes (Greengrass, IoT Edge).
Strong OT/IT integration understanding and real-time analytics.
Familiar with industrial cybersecurity standards and experienced troubleshooters.

Responsibilities

Design and build connected, data-driven industrial systems from factory to cloud.
Architect end-to-end IIoT solutions including edge data acquisition and cloud ingestion.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and uphold coding and design standards.
