Job summary

EnDyna Inc. seeks an Industrial Hygiene and Safety Team Lead to oversee daily operations of an industrial hygiene and safety support contract.

The role involves field work 50-75% of the time, building client relationships, and translating needs into actionable guidance for the team. The candidate should have 15 years of related experience or 10 years with an advanced degree, CSP/CIH preferred, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS or advanced degree in engineering, science, or related discipline.
• 15 years of directly related experience; or ten (10) years of directly related experience with an advanced college degree.
• CSP and/or CIH preferred.
• OSHA Train-the-Trainer certifications preferred.
• Clean credit and no criminal history.
• Federal CAC card (CAC) in the recent past preferred.
• Ability to achieve a Secret clearance when sponsored.
• Only U.S. Citizens are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Team staff serving multiple facilities.
• Provide technical guidance for construction safety and facility safety management staff.
• Provide oversight and support of EHS programs, such as Electrical Safety, Lockout Tagout, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, Hand and Power Tool Safety, Process Safety Management (or equivalent), and Industrial Hygiene Assessment.
• Lead safety and industrial hygiene field inspections and audits.
• Oversee the team's quality control (QC) efforts to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify potential risks before they impact personnel or building operations.
• Prepare and/or approve technical reports, letters, and memoranda.
• Partner with client representatives to assign work distribution across the personnel team.
• Identify motivational strategies specific to teams and individuals; develop personal relationships; support process optimization/improvements, workload distribution, and cross-training opportunities.
• Possess the knowledge and ability to influence individual safety behavior, at all levels of the organization, through direct engagement, training sessions, and multi-media communication channels.

Education

BS or advanced degree in engineering, science, or related discipline

CSP and/or CIH preferred

OSHA Train-the-Trainer certifications preferred
