Job summary

Foothills Environmental, a division of SET Environmental, seeks a Senior Industrial Hygienist to lead IH projects, develop clients, and drive project execution with financial success. You will coordinate junior staff and provide technical review and regulatory guidance across IH services.

Requirements include a 4-year degree in IH or related field, 15+ years of IH/safety experience, 5+ years of leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, safety, or related field.
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant occupational safety and health/industrial hygiene experience.
• Five (5) plus years of leadership and/or project management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25% (2–6 day trips).
• Must pass a local, state and federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients with total quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expand, execute, and financially manage large IH projects.
• Coordinate junior staff on project tasks and deliverables.
• Provide technical review, reports and regulatory guidance for IH services.
• Promote company safety standards and policies; perform miscellaneous duties.
