Job summary

Morgan 6 seeks a Senior Program Manager IDIQ Level to lead and oversee programmatic execution for USSOCOM assignments. The role demands deep DoD contract management experience and the ability to drive performance, staffing, and deliverables across complex task orders.

Position is remote with proximity within 50 miles of Tampa, FL, contingent on award. Strong leadership, proposal, and BD skills are essential to advance government contracting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in USSOCOM assignments.
• 5+ years of Program Management on a DoD contract.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Program Management or related field.
• War College Master’s Certificate with 10 years PM experience as alternative.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years in USSOCOM organizations as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and execution of the IDIQ contract and task orders.
• Primary point of contact for government stakeholders on status and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and USSOCOM policies and standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Develop reports, briefings, and required documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission success.
• Support BD and proposals for new task orders, including pricing and capture.
