Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks an experienced IDIQ Program Manager to lead task orders supporting USSOCOM Enterprise. The role covers Education and Training, PM Support, Engineering, and Admin Services for SOF missions worldwide.

On-site in Tampa, you will ensure high-value, compliant service delivery and act as the primary interface with subcontractors and USSOCOM leadership. Required: Top-Secret clearance, 10+ years in related roles, 5+ years in DoD contract program management, and PMP or DAWIA

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
• 10+ years total experience supporting USSOCOM or equivalent.
• 5 years PM experience on a DoD contract.
• PM certifications (PMP or DAWIA Level III) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance metrics for the SOF GSD IDIQ.
• Shape Task Orders with stakeholders and manage RFPs.
• Ensure contract compliance and corrective actions for non-conforming services.
• Lead program management across multiple task orders for SOCOM Enterprise.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide risk assessments and reports to leadership and contracting officers.

PMP or DAWIA PM

Education

Master's degree in Program Management or related field

US Military War College with Master certificate

Bachelor's degree + 15 years USSOCOM experience
