Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in USSOCOM assignments.
• 5+ years of Program Management on a DoD contract.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Program Management or related field.
• War College Master’s Certificate with 10 years PM experience as alternative.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years in USSOCOM organizations as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and execution of the IDIQ contract and task orders.
• Primary point of contact for government stakeholders on status and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and USSOCOM policies and standards.

Position Summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a highly qualified Senior Program Manager IDIQ Level to lead and oversee programmatic execution in support of USSOCOM-assigned organizations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience managing complex DoD contracts and task orders under an IDIQ vehicle. The selected candidate will play a critical role in both program execution and business development, ensuring excellence in contract performance and driving the pursuit of new task orders.

This position is contingent upon award of Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and execution of all aspects of the IDIQ contract, including oversight of task orders, staffing, performance, and customer engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders regarding program status, performance, and deliverables.
• Ensure program compliance with all applicable DoD and USSOCOM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Develop and deliver reports, briefings, and contractually required documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission success.
• Ability to provide business development and proposal support for new and existing Task Orders, including but not limited to: Recruiting incumbent personnel, conducting pricing analysis, responding to RFPs, performing teaming analysis and executing capture responsibilities to help secure new work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience working in USSOCOM assigned organizations as a military member, government civilian, or contractor
• 5+ years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract (must not have ended more than 12 months prior to proposal submission)
• Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Education:

• Master’s degree in Program Management or any Business-related field

OR

• Graduate of a U.S. Military War College that issues a Master’s Certificate and 10 years of total experience in Program Management

OR

• Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years (total of 15 years) of experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations

Preferred Experience:

• Direct experience managing Special Operations Forces (SOF) contracts
• Familiarity with USSOCOM HQs and component commands, including JSOC, USASOC, NAVSPECWARCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and associated TSOCs
