Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows and passwordless authentication across enterprise platforms. You will integrate 1Kosmos BlockID, Microsoft Verified ID, Entra ID/Azure AD, and other IAM services while ensuring security and compliance.

The role focuses on onboarding employees, contractors, and privileged users, plus developing API-based integrations and supporting credential issuance, biometrics, liveness detection, and SAML/OAuth

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years with 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometric verification.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure verification, biometrics, liveness detection, and authentication controls.
• Integrate IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Ping) and services.
• Support onboarding journeys for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
• Develop API-based integrations for identity verification and lifecycle workflows.
