Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead identity operations and security tooling across our cloud and on‑premises environments. You will participate in incident response, tooling maintenance, and governance, collaborating with HUB IT teams to strengthen identity management and protect critical applications.

The role requires deep expertise in AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and IAM technologies, with extensive scripting and security standards knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or applicable experience.
• Related certifications (e.g., GSEC, CISSP, GIAC, AWS) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience within information security operations across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of identity management security tooling to ensure efficacy.
• Lead governance and certification operations related to identity management.
• Lead/Contribute to weekly and monthly posture and identity operations reporting.
• Configure new applications and infrastructure for security identity operations.
• Analyze and recommend upgrades for HUB’s security identity operations.
