Bloomberg is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Identity & Privileged Access Management in New York. You will help modernize Bloomberg’s identity platform and privileged access ecosystem, designing scalable services that operate across thousands of applications and systems.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and drive secure, auditable solutions while integrating IAM/PAM with cloud-native and on-prem environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC).
• Experience with distributed, high-availability systems and Linux networking.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable identity and access control services across apps and systems.
• Engineer automation for credentials, secrets, and privileged accounts.
• Collaborate with Platform Security, Infrastructure Engineering, and Compliance to deliver auditable solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers.
