Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead architecture across high-scale identity resolution platforms. You will design systems for deterministic and probabilistic matching, identity graphs, and large-scale data processing using Java, Python, and Scala.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience in complex enterprise systems.
Architect/leadership experience at senior level (Architect/Principal Engineer/Staff Engineer).
Deep experience with Identity Resolution, Entity Resolution, Customer 360, or similar systems.
Expertise in Java, Python, and Scala for distributed systems and high-performance services.
Strong SQL skills and data modeling for transactional and analytical workloads.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and low-latency backend services.
Proficiency with AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks for cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

Define architecture for enterprise-scale Identity Resolution platforms and services.
Design deterministic and probabilistic identity matching and record linkage systems.
Build low-latency APIs and services to support high-throughput workloads.
Lead distributed systems design using Java, Python, and Scala.
Develop Spark-based data pipelines and utilize Snowflake/Databricks for analytics.
Guide engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Mentor engineers and drive architectural standards across teams.
