Job summary

McAfee, a leading personal security company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer identity platform and end-to-end authentication experience. You will shape the multi-year identity strategy, drive sign-in, sign-up, SSO, MFA, passkeys, and email/OTP verification across web, desktop, mobile, and partners.

The role requires 8+ years of product management, strong technical fluency in authentication, and a track record of improving conversion and adoption in customer-facing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in customer-facing/platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency in authentication and identity (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, passkeys).
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set identity strategy and translate into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
• Drive platform modernization and authentication migrations at scale.
• Optimize the authentication experience to improve sign-in/sign-up conversion across markets and devices.
• Grow authenticated customers by reducing friction and expanding cross-device engagement.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and completion.
• Balance security with user experience to minimize friction and maximize retention.
• Define auth metrics, build telemetry, and partner with Analytics on dashboards.
