Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on Java and frontend technologies within the Identity and Authentication team. You will build and maintain systems that authenticate users and enable self-service configuration.

You will leverage Addepar’s identity platform to create responsive user journeys from login to admin tools for configuration, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to meet regional and privacy needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in building web UX using TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, etc.).
• Deep understanding of identity, secure session management, and modern auth protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML).
• Experience with SQL and database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Self-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Author Java APIs and web UIs for identity platform configuration tools.
• Migrate authentication experiences to platforms with global availability and customization.
• Bridge architectural investments with product-driven UX improvements.
• Provide expertise on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML during design.
