Job summary

Envestnet seeks a Security Governance professional to oversee identity governance, access certification, and framework maturation across AD, Entra ID, Okta, and cloud environments for a remote role in the United States.

You will translate regulatory requirements (NIST, SOX/SOC) into actionable controls, lead risk scenarios, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business partners to protect client data while enabling scalable innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAR/access certification and lifecycle governance.
• Advanced knowledge of AD/Entra ID/Okta and IGA platforms with RBAC/ABAC.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls (NIST, SOX/SOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance strategy and policy development.
• Oversee access reviews, certification campaigns and evidence generation.
• Define risk scenarios and communicate risk across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and IT to implement controls.
• Drive AI governance, risk assessment and cloud identity governance.
