Job summary

ERCOT seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) leader to oversee enterprise IAM strategy, implementation, and governance. You will manage 24/7 IAM operations, coordinate with senior management, and ensure alignment with business needs and product vision.

You will lead staff, collaborate with compliance, cyber security, and other departments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining 24/7 support and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in development and maintenance of complex IAM systems.
• Prefer minimum 3 years implementing and/or managing large-scale Identity and Access Management systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IAM programs and controls to protect data, networks and information assets.
• Leads 24/7 IAM operations and ensures alignment with business needs and product vision.
• Collaborates with senior management and internal partners to track action plans and remediation.
• Defines functional requirements, designs integrations, and manages agile deployments.
• Maintains 24/7 support and governance while communicating go-live releases to stakeholders.
