Job summary

YOH Services LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead implementation, administration, and improvement of enterprise identity services across AD, Entra ID, and multi-cloud/SaaS platforms. You will enable secure, audit-ready identities, automate lifecycle management, and uphold least-privilege access.

You’ll partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, QA, and CSV teams to maintain a validated identity environment supporting regulatory requirements and enterprise modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 8+ years of enterprise Identity & Access Management or Directory Services experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer AD DS and Microsoft Entra ID including user, group, and device identity management.
• Manage hybrid identity synchronization using Entra ID Connect / Cloud Sync.
• Maintain directory health, security configuration, and access governance controls; implement SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP).
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless policies; support PIM and least-privilege access.
