Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise identity services across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and federated multi-cloud environments. You will ensure secure, audit-ready identity systems, enable modern authentication, and drive least-privilege access with automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Identity & Access Management or Directory Services.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage hybrid identity synchronization and troubleshoot provisioning.
• Configure SSO, MFA, CA, and identity governance workflows.
• Maintain federation across AD, Entra ID, AWS, GCP, and SaaS platforms.
• Support identity integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
