Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer - Senior Consultant to design and implement IAM solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders to deliver secure identity frameworks and modern governance.

The role combines hands‑on engineering with advisory work in Crowe's growing IAM practice, leveraging tools like Entra ID, SailPoint, and Saviynt to strengthen security postures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of IAM, cybersecurity engineering, or related roles (consulting or industry).
• Experience implementing IAM solutions across cloud and/or hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Okta.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.
• Build and integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Support onboarding and adoption of IAM capabilities, including requirements gathering and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on authentication and authorization approaches (SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC, ABAC).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across security, cloud, and risk/compliance.
