Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Tampa, FL, is hiring for an Identity & Access Management role. You will administer the company's identity provider, configure SAML/OIDC integrations, and manage provisioning workflows, RBAC, and access reviews. The position is hybrid with 3 days on-site and up to 25% travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of systems administration with SaaS identity experience, strong scripting abilities, and a focus on least-privilege security. Bachelor's in CS/IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or IT operations, with SaaS identity experience.
• Hands-on administration of an enterprise identity provider with SSO & MFA configuration.
• Experience implementing SAML/OIDC and SCIM provisioning across multiple applications.
• Comfortable administering macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Scripting skills and ability to work with vendor APIs.
• Experience owning onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Strong understanding of access control fundamentals and least-privilege design.
• Excellent written communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tampa three days per week and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Administer the company's identity provider: SSO, MFA, access policies, and application assignments.
• Configure and maintain SAML and OIDC integrations for business apps, including custom setups.
• Design and operate SCIM provisioning and de-provisioning; automate where SCIM isn't available.
• Own joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle; ensure revocation at departure.
• Manage groups, RBAC, entitlements; conduct periodic access reviews.
