Job summary
Amentum seeks a Senior IdAM Engineer to support the NGE/IRES program across hybrid environments. You will deploy SailPoint IIQ, PingFederate SSO, and PKI integrations, aligning with DoD security controls and modern identity governance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, scalable identity services for enterprise and mission partners. Required are extensive IdAM/ICAM experience, DoD/DoN security clearances, and hands-on engineering leadership to drive continuous
Qualifications
- Must have 12+ years of full-time work experience; 6+ years in IdAM/ICAM.
- Must have 1+ year in technical leadership or engineering management.
- Active DoW secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret is required.
- Direct experience with SailPoint IIQ, PingFederate, AD DS/AD FS and cloud IAM.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, deploy, and sustain IdAM/ICAM across on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Implement IGA workflows, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and PKI integrations.
- Harden identity platforms to meet DoD RMF and DISA STIGs.
- Collaborate with multi-contractor teams and government stakeholders.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for provisioning.
- Document designs, SOPs, runbooks, and validation plans.
