Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a senior IDAM Architect, Lead to design and drive IAM solutions for government clients. You will analyze identity lifecycles, define access requirements, and implement enterprise-grade systems, including SSO and privileged access controls.

You bring 7+ years in IT and 5+ years in Cyber Security IDM, plus experience with DoD Zero Trust and AD/EntraID/LDAP across NIPRNet/SIPRNet. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience including access management design and integrations.
• 5+ years in Cyber Security within the IDM domain.
• 4+ years in project management and Agile product ownership.
• Experience with DoD Zero Trust concepts and enterprise identity systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP across networks.

Responsibilities

• Architect perimeter-less identity networks using Zero Trust principles.
• Define enterprise identity records and access requirements.
• Design, deploy, and support IAM systems for large clients.
• Implement SSO and privileged access controls and monitor credentials.
