Oliver James Group is seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect for a remote contract position. The role will define the technical direction for IAM across domains, from planning to rollout, and act as the escalation point for blockers and complex issues.

9+ years in architecture roles across complex domains
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Design IAM platforms spanning multiple business and tech domains
Serve as top technical escalation for blockers and live issues
Set architecture standards and best-practice guidelines across platforms/systems
Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams on industry developments
Guide business stakeholders with clear technical recommendations
Oversee and direct external vendors and partners
Lead introduction of new technologies from requirements to rollout
