Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Senior ICT / Technology Consultant to design, execute, and manage ICT projects across telecommunications, audiovisual, and security domains. The role emphasizes client relationships, mentoring, and growth within a dynamic team.

With 10+ years of relevant experience and an RCDD, you will lead projects from concept to completion and ensure rigorous quality standards. Hybrid or remote work is available in the U.S., with a salary range of $140,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Strong ownership of projects and standards.
• Excellent technical competency, communication, and proven design track record.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilités

• Lead ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on systems design for new construction and renovation.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27 and 28 specifications, docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Conduct QC reviews and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
