Job summary

EMCOR is seeking a Structured Cabling Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from planning to completion at our Orlando area sites.

You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and responsible management of resources.

Qualifications

• ICT, Integrated Security Solutions, and AV systems experience preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Assistant project management experience preferred.
• High level of experience related to structured cabling installations.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer skills.
• Familiar with itemized estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee project execution and manage billings and collections.
• Procure materials and monitor labor/resource needs.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and maintain client relationships.
• Provide updates to leadership and mentor team members.
• Support safety and compliance with company policies.
