Job summary

FusionICS, LLC is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join its IT/OT hybrid ICS team across multiple sites. You will provide onsite engineering, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance and support for industrial control systems, including Ignition Vision graphics and applications.

The role requires hands-on PLC, DDC, SCADA, HMI and cybersecurity expertise, with the ability to work independently, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and drive projects from concept to deployment and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience with industrial control systems.
Experience supporting DoW customers is highly desirable.
Security+ or equivalent is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support of existing industrial control systems, including PLCs, DDCs, SCADA, HMIs and associated control-system infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Ignition Vision graphics and applications.
Integrate Ignition with PLCs, DDC systems, databases and other enterprise systems.
Coordinate industrial communications using EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet MSTP/TCP, OPC UA/DA and other protocols.
Develop system documentation, control narratives and operation procedures.
