Job summary

FusionICS, LLC is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join an IT/OT hybrid ICS team, focusing on reliability, security, and continuous improvement of industrial controls across multiple sites. The role includes designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Ignition Vision graphics and applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on PLC, DDC, SCADA, HMIs, and industrial communications experience, plus strong cybersecurity collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls or related engineering.
• Minimum of five years’ experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs).
• Security+ or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting DoW customers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for PLCs, DDCs, SCADA, HMIs, and related control-system infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Ignition Vision graphics and applications.
• Integrate Ignition with PLCs, DDC systems, databases, and other systems.
• Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement IC cybersecurity controls.
• Support lifecycle management, configuration management, and system testing/commissioning.
