Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a highly experienced Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) SME to support USSTRATCOM J7 under the JETARS contract. You will provide expert analysis on ICBM and space operations, feeding into campaign risk assessments and senior leadership briefs.

This role requires a deep background in ICBM/space domains, JPME Phase II, and a Top Secret/SCI-level clearance readiness. Location: Offutt AFB, NE; contingency status applies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• 15+ years of combined ICBM and space operations experience.
• Experience at OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or MAJCOM level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct graduate-level analysis of USSTRATCOM mission areas, focusing on ICBM operations and space integration.
• Develop MOEs and MOPs to support campaign risk assessments.
• Serve as senior SME on planning teams at multiple staff levels.
• Analyze PMESII factors to assess deterrence objectives and risk.
• Produce estimates and strategic assessments for leadership.
