Job summary

Koniag Operations Services, LLC (KOS) is seeking a Senior ICAM Specialist to design, implement, and manage ICAM strategies for SBA. The role requires deep expertise in federal ICAM frameworks, architectures, and Zero Trust alignment across SBA’s enterprise IT environment.

The ideal candidate will lead ICAM architecture, IGA capabilities, and PIV/derived credential programs while guiding a team of ICAM professionals and coordinating with SBA leadership and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 7+ years of ICAM experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of federal ICAM frameworks including FICAM and NIST SP 800-63.
• Experience designing and implementing ICAM architectures across cloud and on-premise.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong leadership and SME capabilities for SBA program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME and technical lead for SBA ICAM program.
• Develop and maintain SBA ICAM strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan.
• Lead ICAM architecture design across identity governance, credential management, and access management.
• Collaborate with SBA IT leadership and external partners.
• Produce ICAM documentation and reference architectures.
• Mentor junior ICAM specialists and stay current on federal guidance.
