Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a senior leader to head product engineering for a federal ICAM program, delivering SSO, directory, IGA, and PAM services across a large organization. You will architect and manage delivery, guiding teams to ensure quality outcomes.

You will manage client relationships, direct strategic initiatives, and stay current with ICAM technologies while advocating best practices; availability of a US government security clearance is preferred or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing identity solutions across two or more areas: Access Management, Directory Services, IGA, PAM
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team
• Knowledge of ICAM functions, Zero Trust, IGA, and PAM basics

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver ICAM solutions across on-premises and cloud apps
