Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a Lead Specialist in its Federal Advisory practice to design, deploy, and manage ICAM solutions aligned with NIST, FICAM, and HSPD-12. You will lead architecture for Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk, manage identity lifecycles, and enforce access controls across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity with IAM focus, federal consulting preferred, and a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of cybersecurity experience with IAM focus; federal consulting preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and knowledge of FICAM and NIST SP 800-53.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GSEC, GCED; familiarity with Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk.
• Experience with cloud identity services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must hold a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and deployment of ICAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Develop and enforce access control policies based on Zero Trust principles.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital identities, including provisioning and access reviews.
• Integrate ICAM solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead Privileged Access Management initiatives, securing high-risk accounts.
• Translate federal requirements into technical strategies and troubleshoot identity-related issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise senior leadership on technical matters.
