Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex, classified program for a U.S. IC customer.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee multi-contract workstreams, and manage a dispersed, cross‑functional team while ensuring mission alignment and secure operations. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management within the IC, 5+ years in IC programs, and strong experience with Agile, security compliance, and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of program management experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required Day 1.
• Experience leading large, complex, highly classified programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program strategy, execution, risk management, and performance across all mission areas.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders, aligning priorities and responding to evolving customer needs.
• Manage and develop a large cross‑functional workforce, ensuring readiness, compliance, and high performance.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, cost‑containment strategies, and investment decisions.
• Guide records modernization initiatives, including digitization, automation, and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Drive innovation, operational excellence, and demonstrated value in all service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level briefings and reports.
