Job summary

GRVTY is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support IC missions. The role involves network design, security boundaries, and datacenter virtualization to sustain HPC capabilities.

You will work with Cisco routers/switches, load balancers, and VPNs, and on-call support in a security-cleared environment. A technical degree and a TS/SCI clearance are required, with a strong emphasis on LAN architecture and TCP/IP expertise.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Most recent poly in the last 7 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of demonstratableexperience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection or ten (10) years minimum experience in lieu of degree.
• Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Network Communication services to enhance and complement HPC sustainment capabilities.
• Design and implement network architecture with enterprise security and datacenter virtualization.
• Install and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC VPNs.
• Support on-call requirements and work in a live call environment with ticketing systems.
