Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International, Inc (Chimera) seeks an OPIR Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end efforts for high-visibility GEOINT acquisition programs within the IC and DoD.

You will guide programs from concept through delivery, ensure cost, schedule, and performance alignment, and coordinate with government, contractors, and international partners to deliver decision-quality information to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field; 18+ years of directly relevant experience may substitute.
• 12+ years of direct IC/DoD acquisition program experience.
• Experience with Major Systems Acquisition-level projects in IC/DoD environments.
• Direct recent TCPED experience enabling persistent GEOINT (OPIR preferred).
• Ability to provide senior leaders with decision-quality data for resource allocation.
• Strong PM, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills with sound judgment.
• Active TS//SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities across the full lifecycle of OPIR and persistent GEOINT initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource tracking tools.
• Coordinate with Program Control to analyze budgets and expenditures.
• Support source selection by refining acquisition strategies and evaluating contractors.
• Serve as primary liaison with government customers, providing status updates and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks across cost, schedule, and technical dimensions.
• Participate in and lead technical interchange meetings and program reviews.
