Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
6+ years developing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions.
6+ years of experience with IBM i systems and RPG development.
6+ years of experience with Python.
4+ years of experience supporting complex integrations and mission-critical systems.
4+ years of experience troubleshooting highly complex production issues and leading Level3 support.
Experience with AI technologies for SDLC and day-to-day activities.
Experience supporting mission-critical applications in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

Lead team efforts to design, develop, test, document, and support complex software systems across multiple platforms.
Provide Level3 triage support for critical business applications and resolve high-impact incidents.
Serve as subject matter expert in IBM iSeries development and modernization efforts.
Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Establish and promote engineering standards for quality, security, and performance.
Research and adopt AI and emerging technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
