The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and a proven track record in complex message flows, performance tuning, and regulatory compliance. This remote role offers flexibility for a national client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data integration roles.
• Experience with IBM Ace ESQL and IBM Integration Bus.
• Healthcare claims processing knowledge (Medicare/Medicaid) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data integration with IBM Ace ESQL and IIB for Medicare/Medicaid claims.
• Develop and optimize complex message flows and transformations for claim data.
• Analyze existing patterns and recommend improvements for data quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Configure and maintain IBM Integration Bus environments with deployment and monitoring.
• Create reusable ESQL components and error-handling frameworks.
• Investigate production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Document designs, models, and procedures for onboarding.
• Collaborate with testing teams on test strategies and data.
• Implement logging, auditing, and exception management for compliance.
• Coordinate with infra and security to follow data privacy policies.
• Share best practices and mentor peers on IBM Ace and IIB.
• Evaluate new IBM features and propose improvements.
