Job summary

Nationwide Technology is seeking a Specialist Software Engineer to modernize integrations using IBM ACE and Informatica ETL. You will design, build, test, and support enterprise integrations across PolicyCenter, internal apps, downstream platforms and vendors.

You’ll work on real-time messaging, API orchestration, data transformation, and batch processing to improve reliability and developer experience. Strong focus on secure, scalable integrations and observability.

Qualifications

Experience designing, building, testing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
Proficiency with IBM ACE and Informatica ETL in commercial lines context preferred.
Ability to design API-led integrations with secure authentication and error handling.

Responsibilities

Design, enhance, deploy, and support IBM ACE integration flows connecting apps, services, databases, and partners.
Build message flows using MQ, HTTP, REST, SOAP, Flow Order and other ACE nodes.
Develop microservices and API-led integrations aligned with enterprise standards.
Configure MQ nodes and ensure transactionality and correct message delivery behavior.
Develop and maintain Informatica ETL mappings and workflows across source systems and targets.
