Job summary

Cahaba Federal Solutions is seeking an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems Engineer to provide hands-on systems engineering, modeling, and simulation efforts that inform IAMD capabilities assessments and architecture analysis. You will develop and oversee integrated simulation tools and conduct wargaming to support mission effectiveness.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility and US citizenship, with a salary range of $160,000–$180,000 USD.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IAMD or related area, including at least 3 with Joint Staff, DoD HQ, or Combatant Command HQ.
Active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Perform system engineering in the IAMD domain in coordination with architecture analysis efforts.
Modeling and simulation of operational concepts and data analysis.
Oversight and development of integrated simulation tools for wargaming to support IAMD analysis.
Identify IAMD objectives, MOEs/MOPs, and develop algorithms using tools such as Extended Air Defense Simulation and WILMA.
