Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS in the Washington area is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Capabilities Assessment Branch. You will perform system engineering in the IAMD domain, coordinating with architecture analysis efforts to advance national priority programs.

Responsibilities include modeling and simulation of operational concepts, data analysis, and developing integrated simulation tools to conduct wargaming in Nimble Fire and JRICM applications. A TS/SCI/SAP eligible background and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience within IAMD or a related area, a minimum of three (3) of which include supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ.
• Security clearance: Active TS, SCI and SAP eligible. A
• US Citizenship required.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $160,000.00/Yr. - USD $180,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
