Job summary

Waypoint Human Capital seeks a Senior FMS IAMD Analyst to support U.S. and international partners from Huntsville, AL. This on-site role requires deep IAMD expertise and a SECRET clearance to advise on programs, briefs, and security cooperation activities.

The candidate will coordinate with program offices, conduct analyses of cost, schedule, and performance, and prepare executive-level materials for senior leadership engagements with government and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD/AIMD).
• Experience supporting U.S. DoD, Army, or defense programs.
• Ability to translate complex IAMD concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IAMD subject-matter expert for international defense cooperation and security activities.
• Provide guidance on IAMD architectures, capabilities, and program implications for stakeholders.
