Job summary

Cintel Inc. in Redstone Arsenal seeks a Sr FMS IAMD Analyst to lead IAMD program support for international defense cooperation. You will provide senior-level guidance on architectures, systems, and operational concepts to influence engagements with U.S. and international partners.

The role requires extensive experience with DoD programs, IAMD, and foreign military sales, plus ability to brief executives and travel as needed. On-site work is expected at Redstone Arsenal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, business, management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience supporting U.S. DoD, U.S. Army, or defense industry programs.
• Significant IAMD experience and deep understanding of air and missile defense concepts and architectures.
• Ability to develop and deliver executive-level briefings to senior government and industry audiences.
• Proven ability to work across multiple functional areas and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IAMD subject-matter expert supporting international defense cooperation and security assistance activities.
• Provide expertise on IAMD concepts, architectures, capabilities, systems, and operational considerations.
• Support executive briefings and engagements with senior government officials, military leaders, and foreign partners.
• Assist in responding to RFIs, P&As, LORs, LOAs, and other programmatic requirements for foreign partners.
• Analyze international partner requirements and identify acquisition approaches and program considerations.
• Support FMS and other international defense cooperation activities involving IAMD capabilities.
• Provide input on cost, schedule, performance, risks, and program execution; monitor milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, decision-support products, reports, and PMO documentation.
