Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions with Ansible, Python, or PowerShell; ensure 24/7 availability; mentor teammates and collaborate with InfoSec and Network teams on security and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in IAM, SRE, and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Okta.

Responsibilities

• Automate identity lifecycle provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Implement RBAC/ABAC and enforce least privilege.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise apps and HR systems.
• Ensure 24/7 reliability of critical services.
• Lead system engineering projects and migrations.
• Develop automation scripts with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering and InfoSec on security.
• Create monitoring dashboards with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Document configurations and best practices.
