Zusammenfassung

Ping Identity is seeking a Professional Services Technical Consultant in the United States to lead the architecture, installation, and deployment of IAM solutions for enterprise clients. You will deliver technical consulting, evaluate requirements, and guide designs with a focus on secure, scalable deployments.

You will drive detailed solution design, implementation, and delivery, while mentoring teams and coordinating with partners.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in a consulting role within IAM.
• Experience with system integration and implementation in IAM environments.
• Ability to design secure IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid and on-prem deployments.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Deliver technical consulting to clients and partners across industries while supporting IAM deployments.
• Evaluate client requirements and advise on best practices for designs.
• Lead architectural design, implementation, and delivery of Ping Identity IAM solutions.
• Install, deploy, and configure Ping Identity solutions to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on escalated issues requiring deployment expertise.
• Produce implementation documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
