Ping Identity is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to architect, integrate, and deliver enterprise IAM solutions. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through go-live and handover while mentoring teammates and coordinating with partners and internal escalation teams.

The role requires deep IAM protocol knowledge, production troubleshooting, and ability to design secure, scalable deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. Up to 50% travel is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of consulting experience in IAM space within a large organization.
• Experience with IAM protocols, enterprise directories, APIs, cloud and hybrid deployments.
• Strong ability to lead technical delivery from discovery to handover and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical consulting to customers and partners across industries.
• Evaluate requirements and design secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, testing, go-live and handover activities.
• Produce technical runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
