The ideal candidate holds an Active Secret Clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and has over 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, focusing on identity and access management. The position offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or IT process analysis.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management, enterprise system provisioning, SSO, and privileged access management.
• Knowledge of DoD/DLA IT systems, NIST standards, RMF, and relevant Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current business operations and IT processes.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) to evolve systems to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on identity, credential, and access management systems.
• Create system specifications, requirements documents, and traceability matrices.
• Mentor junior analysts and oversee work on complex technical projects.
