Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for Identity & Access Management within the Enterprise Security & Infrastructure organization. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments, with emphasis on modern identity models and Zero Trust.

The ideal candidate will drive automation, governance, and issue resolution while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
• 5 years related experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• Experience designing security controls for OS, databases, apps, web services, devices, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Engineer automated identity processes and strengthen access governance and privileged access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess identity-related risks and support audit readiness.
