Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking an IAM Security Architect to shape secure identity experiences across workforce and external use cases. You will establish IAM architecture, patterns, and drive cloud enablement with multiple cloud partners.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, security reviews, automation with PowerShell, Graph API, AWS/GCP, and building IaC across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, plus 6+ years in IAM.
• 6+ years in Identity and Access Management with deep expertise in authentication, governance, and PAM.
• 3+ years in identity architecture, strategy, and roadmap planning in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM architecture and patterns for secure identity solutions.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams in security reviews and policy enforcement.
• Drive automation and cloud-first approaches across multi-cloud environments.
