Job summary

Clorox is seeking an Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Product Owner to define and deliver secure, scalable identity services across the enterprise. You will bridge business stakeholders with cybersecurity, architecture, and engineering, owning the IAM roadmap for workforce, privileged, machine, application, and AI agent identities.

The role focuses on strategy, governance, and delivery of IGA, PAM, MFA, passwordless, ITDR, and non-human identities while advancing phishing-resistant

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity and product management.
• Experience leading enterprise IAM programs and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of IGA, PAM, RBAC and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead IGA capabilities including lifecycle, access requests, role mgmt.
• Governance for non-human identities including AI agents.
• Define MFA/passwordless strategy and adaptive access.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and HR teams.
