Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Identity & Access Management to own the IAM strategy and execution across the organization.

You will lead the Organizations and multi-tenancy model, drive SCIM 2.0 provisioning, and work with engineering to deliver robust identity integrations across on-prem and cloud directories. You will shape the federation, SSO, and authentication flows, align with SOC 2/ISO 27001, and build a multi-year IAM roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a deep focus on IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Expert-level knowledge of identity protocols including SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Proven track record of defining complex multi-tenancy models and Organization structures for enterprise scale.
• Technical fluency in defining API documentation, authentication flows, and system architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Own the concept of Organizations within our product - the logical grouping of users, teams, settings, and resources under a single enterprise tenant.
• Define and manage the hierarchy model for organizations, including nested sub-organizations and per-org policy overrides.
• Manage org-level IAM configuration: domain verification, enforced SSO, member join flows, and seat management.
• Ensure organization-scoped roles and permissions are consistently enforced across surfaces.
• Lead SCIM 2.0 support for automated user provisioning and deprovisioning with IdPs.
• Define data models and API contracts for SCIM endpoints (Users, Groups, custom schemas).
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust sync, conflict resolution, and real-time de-provisioning.
• Create documentation, guides, and onboarding flows for SCIM setup.
